Getting started
Tyket is a social platform for fans, talent, and businesses around live events. To create an account, download the Tyket app from the App Store or Google Play and tap Sign Up. New accounts can only be created in the mobile app.
Inside a single Tyket account you can have multiple profiles: Fanatyks (fans), TykTalents (talent), and TyzBiz (businesses). You’ll always start with a Fanatyks profile, which becomes your default until you change it under More > Settings > Profile Manager.
Common questions
I can’t sign in
Double-check that you’re using the email address or phone number tied to your account. If you’ve forgotten your password, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and follow the reset link we send you. Still stuck? Email [email protected] with the email or username on your account.
I didn’t get my verification email
Check your spam or promotions folder for a message from [email protected]. If you still don’t see it after a few minutes, request a new one from the app or write to us so we can resend it manually.
How do I change my username or display name?
Open the app and go to More > Settings > Account. Display names and profile details are managed per profile.
How do I report a post, profile, or message?
Tap the … menu on any post, profile, or chat and choose Report. Our trust & safety team reviews every report. For urgent safety concerns, email [email protected] with as much detail as possible.
How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account from inside the app. Full instructions are on our Delete Account page.
I’m having trouble with payments or tickets
Include your account email, the event name, and the approximate date and time of the transaction when you write to [email protected] — that lets us track it down quickly.
